Telehealth Services
As a telehealth-only practice, all consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing or telephone. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the privacy and security of our telehealth platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in a private, secure environment during sessions and for maintaining the confidentiality of their own connection. Telehealth services may not be appropriate for all presentations. Your psychologist will discuss suitability with you at or before your first appointment.
In the event of a technical failure during a session, your psychologist will attempt to reconnect via an agreed alternative method (such as telephone). If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues outside the client's control, a partial or full fee waiver may be applied at the psychologist's discretion.
